Front Mission Wiki

Anizka Ivanovna Aleksandrov is a major character and antagonist in Front Mission 4.

Anizka was born in the town of Velikiye Luki and grew up learning many things about the Republic of Zaftra from her parents, who worked for the Zaftran government. Anizka enlisted in the Zaftran Army at the age of 18 and quickly rose up the ranks, soon joining the Zaftran special forces. Zaftra's military heads took note of her accomplishments and identified Anizka as a genius on the battlefield. At the age of 20, Anizka was promoted to Captain and Major around the same time that her commander died. Two years later, she was promoted to Colonel and was assigned to lead her special forces to Venezuela as part of a complex plan to initiate a war between the U.S.N. and the E.C. Anizka was an extremist who supported the war and demonstrated a very aggressive behavior on the battlefield, always fighting in the front lines and having no concern for any non-combatants caught in the crossfire.

At Port Cumana in Venezuela, while the transport of Zaftran forces to Caracas by Cargorail was underway, Phillip Chaeffer inadvertently launched a rocket over the port. Anizka and the Zaftrans attacked Chaeffer, Darril Traubel and Billy Renges, having mistaken them for U.S.N. special forces. Darril and his companions repulsed their attack and escaped the port. Anizka pursued them and engaged them in her Zhuk mobile weapon, deliberately forgoing an opportunity to kill them outside their wanzers, as she decided it would be more interesting if they could fight back. However, she was defeated once again and captured, with Darril taking her along as a hostage into central Venezuela until she was rescued by her subordinate Maksim Troadiev Vavilov.

Anizka continued leading the Zaftran contingent in Venezuela. She and Vavilov narrowly escaped when Darril's party and La Alianza de Libertad Venezolana attacked the Zaftran VTOL base, and Anizka fought Darril and La Alianza during their second attack on Caracas. Her Zhuk II was destroyed in this battle, and she was presumed dead. However, she reappeared in Cumana where Darril and his companions were attempting to take a Durandal transport out of Venezuela, emerging from the water with a Bogomol. Here she was finally killed along with the remaining Zaftran units.
