Utilized by the infamous mercenary unit Sinsemilla leader Tops, the unit is unplayable in-game and serves as the commander of the three unit Sinsemilla platoon (Alongside Chloranta Tuned Datura, and Discolor Tuned Datura) being the only one to wield hand weapons, It is produced by a corporation within the E.C. (European Community) named 'Schnecker' (Schnecke Corp; Germany)
