Bazely Stievns, also known as Buds, is a sadistic mercenary of the Sinsemilla unit he attacks impulsively, greatly enjoying the idea of inflicting pain on his targets. Buds infamously kills Furphy Dal in an ambush on IMAC just as the enter the West African State Community(WA) to assist the West African Liberation Front. From then on Bruce Blakewood and Earl McCoy swear revenge on Buds, greatly torn by the death of their comrade. IMAC eventually corners Sinsemilla in a Schnecke factory and destroyes their Wanzerwagen. Though they survive the war, their ultimate fates are unknown
