Biography[]
Colonel Kirkland was the second officer to be in charge of the Morgan Fortress responsible for converting an observation post into a large fortress. [1] During the Second Huffman Conflict, the Morgan Fortress become the target for the Canyon Crows mercenary unit as part of Operation Eagle Tears, an offensive launched by the O.C.U. Army that sought to capture the U.S.N. city of Fort Monus; the fortress's defenders, including Kirkland, were killed during the battle.
