Zias Calmagima (ザイアス・チャルマンギマ) is the leader of the Zaius Independent Government (ZAINGO), Secondary antagonist, and primary blame for the conflicts across Africa. ZAINGO's initial gains inside the CA raise the alarm of the Oceania Cooperative Union in which they deploy the International Mobile Assault Company to handle the situation. Zias strong armed his way to power within ZAINGO besides making connections with Cerberus Garde, particularly "The Merchant of Death", Bamia Mercenary Team and mercenary group Sinsemilla as a means to allow for the ZAINGO to secure their stake of territory. Despite all efforts Zias will die and ZAINGO will collapse regardless of ending to the game since it exists almost solely as a result of Cerberus Garde and has a huge international infamy which precipitates it's destruction.
